How To Use:

– Based on your skin type, prep with your favorite water-based moisturizer or Primer.
– Pop cover and apply a small amount to the back of your hand.
– Work in sections, buffing outward with your fingers or a sponge/brush.
– To lock in a matte finish, set with Setting Spray.
